Any accident is serious, but when that accident involves a motorcycle, the results can be even more devastating. Those on motorcycles do not have the same protection as those driving in cars, trucks or SUVs and the results are often far more serious injuries. Many times the accidents could have been avoided and your injuries have been caused because another person wasn’t paying attention on the roads. If this sounds like your situation, an Arizona motorcycle accident lawyer may be able to help. It is often not understanding a situation that puts the blame on the motorcycle rider. There is lots of pressure when a motorcycle has been involved in an accident. The cases require a special lawyer to fight in order to win the case and serve justice. Just because you are on a bike doesn’t mean the accident was your fault and your lawyer will ensure its not treated as such.

Insurance Comapnies Are Not Always Fair when It Comes to Motorbike Accident Compensation
0 Comments | Posted by admin in Motorcycles
It is not something that a person wants to worry about. Having to get the right amount of motorbike accident compensation is usually the last thing that a person thinks about when they go out for a ride on a beautiful spring day. Unfortunately, people do get into accidents and if they are on a motorbike they are likely to be hurt in some way. Depending on the severity of the injuries, the amount of compensation they will need will vary. The problem that people run into is that insurance companies want to pay the least amount they possibly can. They know that their job is to pay the person who has filed the claim needs to receive some money, but they are also trying to protect their bottom line. It is that goal to protect the profits of the insurance company that causes people to doubt the fairness of the insurance companies. It is not what people want to see, but it is what they expect.
In 1885, German Siegfried Bettmann started a company called Triumph in London, the S. Bettmann & Co. Import Export Agency that sold bicycles and sewing machines. Another native of Germany, Moritz Schulte, helped Bettmann transform the business into a manufacturing company with a new name. They also opened a factory in Nuremberg, Bettmann’s and Schulte’s home town. Schulte designed the first Triumph motorcycle by using a Belgian Minerva engine with 2.25 bhp that was fitted onto a regular bicycle. The year was 1902 which made 2002 their 100th Anniversary year, but celebrations were cut short due to a major fire that destroyed the main factory.
The Triumph Thunderbird was first introduced in 1949, and it was also called the 6T or TR65. Several other distinct bike styles used the Thunderbird name over the years. Marlon Brando rode a 1950 Thunderbird 6T in his 1953 film The Wild One. At the time, the importers objected to the use of their bikes in the film’s outlaw motorcycle gangs, but it got them a lot of unforeseen and free publicity. The company now uses images from the movie to advertise their motorcycles. They also started selling a leather jacket like the one worn by Brando in the film, and other collectibles based on The Wild One have also been sold.
The Triumph Bonneville was a high performance bike launched in 1959. Several models have used the Bonneville moniker which was named for the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah where motorcycle speed records are made and broken. Daredevil Evel Knievel used a Bonneville T120 with a 650cc engine for several jumps including his failed attempt to jump the fountains at Caesars Palace on New Year’s Eve in 1967. Richard Gere rode a T140E Bonneville in the 1982 film An Officer and A Gentleman. These instances of celebrities using the motorcycles enhanced their popularity and increased sales.
Other Hollywood stars such as James Dean, Steve McQueen and Clint Eastwood also helped make Triumph popular, but so did the British royal family. In 1977 the Silver Jubilee T140V, limited edition, was made to commemorate the Queen’s 25th year on the throne. Each bike quickly became a collector’s item and came with a certificate of authenticity. A few years later the ‘Royal Wedding’ Bonnevilles were made to celebrate the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981.
My sister who lives in Atlanta called me up one fine day and said that she had sent a parcel by post to me in New York. I’d advised my sister to use a sameday courier as it was an important parcel, however she insisted on using the postal service. I waited for some time but did not receive it. One day I was not at home when the postman left a yellow color card in my mailbox for me. It was because I was not at home so the post man had left a card (note) for me about the parcel.
The next day the post man came and I asked him about it and he explained that I had to go to the post office to receive it now. Therefore I went to the post office with my friend. It was near my house. On arriving there I saw that there is a long queue of people who had any questions. Thus we joined it too. After about half an hour my turn came. I showed the lady the card and she asked me for my ID. I gave give it.Then she aked me to come to the next counter and wait for a while there. The person there went inside and after a couple of minutes came back with the parcel. I was delighted to see it. I said Thank you to the person and drove back home. This was my fist time alone experience of me receiving a parcel in New York.
Let’s face it, even when you are just a child. You’ve been using a bag before when you go to school. Sometimes, when you do a camping trip, you may have used a bacpac as well. Now as a grown-up, some things still doesn’tchange a bit. And that’s about you using a bag. Maybe you are a motorcycle rider and just like me, I know the importance of having a good motorcycle bag resting under the back of my seat. It just solves me from all the headachesthat I could face if the tools or materials I have from my ride got disarranged of worst, got trashed on the road or trail that I am taking on. So what’s the solution? Okay here it goes! Remember the motorcycle tool bag your dad use to tell on the military? Well, I’m here to tell you that it does work perfectly! And it would be great if you’ll use it.
